Griffon Virtual Machine for Data Science
Griffon is a virtual machine based on Ubuntu MATE Linux which has a suite of data science, big data and other tools installed and configured. Griffon allows students to experiment and learn about various data science tools without having to become Linux experts. Using Griffon in our courses guarantees a consistent controlled environment and avoids having to waste valuable class time debugging students’ machines.
